Inventory # 9890 Location: Pompano Beach, FL General Description: This 1974 37' Irwin 37SL Center Cockpit Sloop Sailboat partially submerged when thru hull fitting broke. The hull is in fair condition for age with chalky gelcoat. The vessel appears to have been under the early stages of a renovation at time of accident. A waterline was sighted approximately 3’ above the cabin sole. The mast and standing rigging are shrink wrapped on the deck and appear to be recently refurbished. Not all equipment could be tested as no power to vessel at time of inspection. Other: Boom in good condition, serviceable Bow pulpit Cockpit or Helm station, in fair condition for age, Center cockpit. Cushions worn. Stainless steel tube frame. Deck in fair condition, shows UV some damage but appears solid. Gauges and controls in fair condition, appear undamaged, not tested. Keel Lifelines & Stanchions in fair condition. All stainless stanchions are present. The lifelines are in fair condition. Mast appears to be in good condition, Newly serviced and rigged shrink wrapped on deck. Rudder & Tiller in fair condition, serviceable. Swim ladder, stainless steel, sighted amidships starboard side, is in fair condition. Toe rail in fair condition, general gelcoat cracks normal for age, serviceable. Upholstery, exterior, in fair condition for age, some wear. Wheel & Binnacle in fair condition, Binnacle with gauges and controls, serviceable. Winches in good condition, 2 Enkes 2 speed on deck and 1 mast mounted.
