this is a 1998 Sun Tracker Party hut and Trailer W/ a remanufactured 150 hp Mercury out board. This engine only has 10 hrs of use and really pushes this 30 ft pontoon boat thru the water with ease.  Most of these boats were outfitted with a 90hp engine which I believe is under powered.  The Mercury 150 helps you plow thru the wakes of those other boats without being tossed all over the place.  The entire boat was recarpeted 1 yr ago. The front deck is covered  with a fold down bimini top and there is a Sundeck up top for all you sun worshipers The pontoons are in excellant shape and were cleaned and buffed about 2 yrs ago. Tunes are supplied with a Boss marine stereo and a 1000 w Pyle amp.  The Head has a solar shower and porta poty.  The galley has cabinets,sink and an electric/alcohol 2 burner stove.  This boat will easily sleep 6.
