Fresh water accumulation in bilge at cockpit area causing vessel to sit low in water but was not submerged. Hull is in fair condition for age with chalky gelcoat, good bottom paint. There is minimum growth around running gear. No waterlines from the incident were sighted at this inspection. Not all equipment could be tested at time of inspection. Other: AC: Cruisair, submerged, not tested, condition unknown Bimini on Flybridge has stainless steel frame Gauges and controls in good condition for age on Flybridge and lower driving station, but not tested Flybridge in good condition for age, one stanchion loose at staircase. Rubrail in good condition for age Swim ladder in good condition for age. Swim platform in good condition for age, teak platform has no damage, solid and sturdy. Generator / Battery: Onan Generator appeared to have power at time of inspection using batteries (no electrical power to vessel), when the start button was pushed, gen just clicked when attempting to turn over. Generator was not preserved. Batteries appeared to be in good condition.
Electronics: Marine ketch Way Pointer was not tested but looks to be in good condition for age. Steering, gauges and controls are appear intact and in good condition for age.
Galley: Galley with sink, storage above and below, Admiral microwave, Kenmore refrigerator, stove and oven. Appliances not tested, condition unknown. Interior with galley, salon, V-berth and head. Upholstery in poor condition. Couch is tained and old. Wall coverings show little or no stains over most of the boat. V-berth foam pad is old. Headliner in good condition for age throughout the boat. The headliner in galley is sagging and separated from ceiling due to age. Wood floors are damaged and missing throughout salon, galley and V-berth.
Ground Tackle: There is no windlass.
Canvas, Mast Rigging, Sails: Bimini canvas in fair condition for age, missing one tie down strap, no holes but appears brittle. Windshield cover in good condition for age.
