Based on a Boro Temptress 36 this yacht has been carefully refurbished, and now requires the fitting out of on board systems to complete the project.The yacht as been:- Sand blasted inside and out to ensure hull integrity - Painted to an International paints schedule.- Spray foamed to the waterline for insulation and condensation. - Cabinet work 80% completed.- Surveyed for insurance purposesLots of new parts including a Muir anchor winch, Pedestal and S/S wheel, engine controls, shaft seals, recoed prop, ropes and other older parts that were originally on before the refub. Included in price is a RFD Life Raft 6 person. Never used - Approx cost $2600.00Engine is a 45HP Fordson (Perkins) fully reconditioned and fitted with a new heat exchanger. Engine has run for 15 minutes since reco.Boxes of bits and pieces, sails, rigging hardware etc....Yacht has been surveyed by Marine Survey and Inspection Services and have stated " Inspection of the hull internally and externally revealed no sign of any rust or structural movement " "and the yacht has been built with good boating pratices"The following would need to be done before sailing:- All electronics- Water and fuel tanks- Prop and rudder shafts- Wire riggingThe yacht is currently on hard stand at Yaringa Boat Harbour (Western Port Bay)which have boat builders and services on site. www.yaringa.com.auHardstand storage fee paid till June.
