Boat needs lots of clean up .It has CDI Roller furling and several sails . New rudder post bearing, Tiller included but not shown in photos.Also comes with 15 HP outboard with new water pump installed.Hull was sanded and one coat of bottom painted on about 3 years ago and has not been in water since.I have clear titles to all, but registration is out.Trailer has 5 nearly new heavy duty trailer tires and new electric breaks. Also has 20' extended toung for easy launching.My wife had a stroke and i am not able to sail anymore.Boat is located in central Texas
