The lake is located on a nature reserve quite unspoilt campsite in north sommerset a 2 mile walk up the beach to Weston super mare, it has loverly walks and cycle paths all round, the local village has two nice pubs, shop and resturants, Mooring fee is approximately £28 per week, it is connected to mains electric, mains water and pumps take all the waste up to the shore, so really is just turn the key and pour the drinks and relax, it can be used 12 months of the year, (but not main residence).... The boat itself has a bright and spacious living area with large windows, Multi-fuel Burning Stove, light ash quality Wooden Cupboards and a Fold-down Desk. Fully fitted Kitchen with Gas Oven, Hob and a new fitted Fridge-Freezer. Bathroom with Shower (We have never used the shower, there are loverly free showers on site) Toilet (with Saniflow macerate), Washbasin, Airing-Cupboard and Washing Machine. Bedroom with overhead cupboards and Fitted Wardrobe. LPG Gas Central Heating throughout. Spiral-Staircase leading to large, open Decked Area on roof, suitable for garden furniture and outside storage and great views up there.... I have had a number of fantastic years relaxing on the boat, but farm purchase means something has to give .... Feel free to get in touch if you would like to see her....
