Adams 31 – LakatoiLocated on Lake MacquarieGreat sailing 31ft yacht for lake or coastal cruising. Well looked after and many improvements have been made over the last few years. The diesel motor, D950 Kubota based SeaWasp has been rebuilt last year. 40ltr Diesel tank.
Hull was professionally resprayed around 10 years ago and in great condition.
Wheel Steering, pedestal compass around 2 years old.
Mast and rig in good condition, Mainsail in good used condition 6/10, Furling Genoa 7/10.
Deck hardware in good condition.
New cushions throughout including two for the cockpit seats. Metho stove cooker with grill, Pressure cold water, Shower and head. Water tank is 200ltr.
Sand Anchor, 10mtr chain, rope onwards.
Basic Safety Gear. 4 x Life jackets, will update info soon.
Boat hook.
Last antifouled 12 months ago.
I can be available for any inspection during the week or weekend.
Delivery can be organised also.
