Lovely lines on this traditional style Narrowboat with a Les Allen hull (1975), one of the best hulls you can get.Needs some TLC to bring her back to her former glory but wouldn't take much work to live on her and do her up as you go along.The wooden top is in good condition, but does need a section of ply in the roof replacing and a coat of paint.The back half of the boat has been used as a workshop, so is fairly bare and needs fitting out.The front half has a working squirrel multi fuel stove, a good size lounge and kitchen with breakfast bar. Between that and the workshop is space for a toilet and a fitted hip style bath.There is a water tank and plumbing in place, but it hasn't been used for a while, so will need reconnecting and cleaning.There is a gas cooker in the kitchen, a fridge and an instantaneous water heater and again they haven't been used for a while and have been disconnected (most, if not all the pipe work is in place).The lounge, kitchen and bathroom are on an engineered wooden floor, but it really needs a good clean, sand and revarnish/wax.There is a new starter battery and new leisure battery, but most of the wiring looks like it has been removed, so will probably need putting back in.New mooring ropes front and back and new mooring pins etc.Lister HW3 engine with a Blacksone gearbox. At the moment there is a problem with the engine. She starts and runs, but looks like very low oil pressure. I've been told it could be a sender fault, a pressure relief valve fault, or the oil pump.
