22 Foot all fibreglass, three sails -Main + Genoa + small gib + anchor. This little boat is a very forgiving sailer, great to learn on, and just cruise the harbour. She is all ready to go and includes a 5hp outboard + tote tank. All the sfety gear is inclded, 5 lifejackets, fire extinguisher and automatic bilge pump. She's moored on the river, and you are welcome to the swing mooring as well if you like. Also included is a small tender to get out to her and back. She is fitted with a solar charged battery to run the lights and bilge pump. A nice dry boat with no top side leaks I have enjoyed sailing her, and look to pass her on to someone else to enjoy, and move on to to something a little larger.On the down side, she is due an antifoul, and the toilet does not work.Inspections welcome - prefer a weekend.
