A non refundable deposit of $300.00 is required within 48 hours after auction. I will allow the buyer two weeks after auction ends to inspect the boat and conduct a survey/sea trials if required. The buyer will be responsible for all costs associated with boat inspection and sea trial. If the buyer is not satisfied with the inspection the buyer will not be obligated to follow through with purchase, but will forfeit the $300 deposit. I will also consider delivery of the boat, by water, within the Gulf Coast states.This beautiful Hallberg Rassy Rasmus 35 went through the highest quality and extensive rebuild from 2007-2013. Over $120,000 was spent making her a world cruising blue water sailboat. She has just returned in May of 2016 from an Atlantic Circle route leaving the US for Europe in February of 2015. She performed beautifully. My dream is complete and I am ready to sell. She has everything you need to cruise the world and is in top condition and ready to go.
