This beautiful 4/6 berth 2005 Amber built 60 ft narrow boat is a semi trad narrow boat live aboard it is 6ft 10inches wide and RCD compliant At the stern it has the reliable favoured Barrus/Shire 45 engine There is a custom made Wilsons of Kinver canopy for the all weather cruising, there is also under seat storage. Fully equipped with barge poles boarding plank, boat hook and life ring. From the stern deck the cabin is accessed via an offset door into the rear cabin which contains a fixed double bed with over head cupboard with down lights on the under side, large under bed storage a full length wardrobe space for a washing machine if wanted with a dressing table unit with drawers. The walk through bathroom provides maximum space. A Tecma macerator toilet with two large long cruise storage tanks for pump out, Full size corner shower with mixer valve, Modern full size hand basin with vanity storage unit below and mirror cupboard above, The second bedroom contains two fixed single beds with reading lights at the head and wardrobe with chest of drawers unit below for maximum storage. The fully equipped galley with hardwood trimmed laminate work surface, there is a full sized 4 burner gas cooker with grill and oven, microwave oven ,fridge with ice box, stainless steel sink with a mono bloc tap, The use of the magic corner storage unit provides an ingenious solution the problem of hard to reach corners. An over head display cabinet with shelving provides further storage. Located in the galley there is a side hatch for those hot summer days. The saloon area contains a corner cupboard with LCD digital TV with DVD. Floor sockets for the dinning table two large comfy recliners with foot stools with storage cupboards behind, alternatively there is space for a sofa bed if six berths are needed. The boat boasts a 240volt system with brass double sockets through out the boat that operates from either a land hook up cable or an on board powerful multicell 3000w pure sine inverter. There are four brand new 130 ah marine leisure house batteries and a separate deep cycle engine battery. The boat was dry docked and new anodes fitted together bottom blacking done in March 2015 and metal work found to be as new condition with no corrosion. The hot water system has a large capacity calorifier heated via engine or webasto diesel heater, there is a full automatic central heating system with timer control. There are two propane gas cylinders for the longer cruising in the bow storage. There is a large 810 ltr bow water tank, 210ltr diesel tank. There is also present the declaration of conformity paperwork together with the owners manuals and the CIN identification numbers. The current safety certificate expires September 2016. The engine will be full serviced and I can arrange for a new safety certificate issued upon sale if required.
