Swinranger 22 motor/sailer yacht for sale, currently situated at Titchmarsh Marina (dry dock), Walton-on-the-Naze. Called the 'Hunnypot' and features a Winnie the Pooh image. Sadly selling due to a lack of time and funds with a new arrival!
The boat would make a great summer project, the hull is in good condition (recently painted also) however the internal seating area/kitchen/toilet needs quite a bit of TLC. There is a bit of water damage in the bedroom (due to a window left ajar during rain) but could be made beautiful again with a new mattress and flooring. Will be sold with sails however needs a new motor.The buyer is responsible for the transport away from Titchmarsh Marina should they wish to move it, we do not have a trailer. If you wish to keep storing it there the costs are £188.45 every 3 months.Advertised elsewhere, please message with any questions. Sold as seen, no returns. Payment on colllection/signing over.
