70' Star Craft Narrowboat for sale.She was built in 1989, using extra thick steel:Baseplate: 12mm (usually 10mm)Hull sides: 8mm (usually 6mm)Cabin sides & roof: 6mm (usually 4mm).Layout from front to back:Cloakroom: With wc and wash hand basin. Window to one side and towel rail radiator.Wooden stable door with butterfly glazed panel leading to:Living Room: With built in bookcases and storage shelves. Windows to both sides and 2 radiators.Open plan to:Kitchen: With Rayburn Regent wood burning/multifuel range with a double hotplate and oven. Fitted with a backboiler to heat 7 radiators & hot water using a large calorifier.The sink unit is a unique small belfast type sink set into a solid polished slate worktop. Underneath, there is a hand crafted double cupboard. Open shelves. Window to one side with hatch to the other side.Dining Area: With 2 radiators, airing cupboard containing calorifier hot water tank and shelves above. Space for dining table and chairs, can easily seat 6.
