1984 pacific 27 ft coastal cruising yacht . 16hp yanmar 2gm20 water cooled inboard diesel motor with 50L s/s fuel tank .main sail with roller reefing,no 1 and 2 genoa,working and storm jib , spinnaker with pole all very good condition. near new start and house batteries . good s/s standing rigging . 27 meg radio,depth sounder with alarm,auto pilot with tacking mode, pump out toilet,fresh water tank, 6 berths, sun awning,ice box , 2 burner metho stove .The phantom is the later lead keel version which greatly improves stability and sail carrying ability.all through hull skin fittings and gate/ball valves have been replaced.the phantom is moored in quarantine bay eden and comes with mooring and tender with oars.a fantastic weekend getaway sipping a wine or beer on board or sailing the beautiful two fold bays of eden.stay onboard and enjoy edens great pubs,clubs and good feeds ,the best waterfront spot comes with the phantom. any one wanting a great boat at a great price is urged to act , not think as she wont last at this price. any info roger 0407231515
