Expression of Interest I am looking for an expression of interest in purchasing a new set of Houseboat Pontoons (two pontoons). The pontoons are currently under construction. The pontoons are sized for a 14-15m Houseboat, Landing Pontoon. I have just received a quality report from a fabricated test compartment (see Photo) and now plan to construct two pontoon sets. The test unit checked the fabrication jigs designed to control alignment, and weld distortion. Dimensions · Length: 12metres· 10 * 1.2m Compartments
· Cross Section: Regular Hexagon – 500mm Section: 1m Wide * 0 .866m High· Material: 4mm Steel Plate. Not 3mm as usually used
Additional Features · Front compartments fitted with external wear bars on the front and lower three sides· All compartments fitted with; o Internal horizontal reinforcing bars o Vertical side reinforcing bars in each compartment
