Barbeque Rib   Valiant V 490. 2007. I bought it from new and had it fitted out to my specifications by the Valiant Agent / Boat Yard. Leisure seating plus a coolbox seat in front of the driving position. Fwd locker for the anchor etc. storage under steering console 2 fuel tanks, 1 x 25 litre and 1 x 50 litre (which is strapped in.)  Engine Tohatsu 2005 model M70C 2 stroke trim and tilt. Probably less than 300 hours running time. Propeller gives 33 knots at WOT. I bought the engine new for an old Fletcher of mine and a year later transferred it to the new RIB. For wakeboarding etc a 2 stroke motor is 10 times better than a 4 stroke for ‘getting out of the hole’, ie starting off  Trailer Snipe un-braked. Your tow hitch needs to be rated for 700kg un-braked. This of course means no complicated over-run brakes to maintain.  Equipment, Garmin GPS Map 172 C. Charts are available for loading to it. At present it has a Bristol channel chart. Garmin fishfinder VHF Radio DSC (unassigned).12 Volt Electric air pump with auto pressure cutout. Running lights. A Stainless Steel wake boarding pylon. This was fitted from new by the Valiant Boat Yard and is drilled through the hull for strength. Lower ringo and water-ski points fitted. Cover, custom made to fit the Wakeboard Pylon, but showing signs of age. Lots of lifejackets. I will say that before use all life jackets should be safety checked. Hose and muff for flushing. Anchor. Mooring ropes, probably an odd fender or 2. Repair kit, never used Paddles. never used. Tow rope. old water skis and a basic wake board, (check the fittings) Spare wheel, wheel lock. This boat is ready to go. Fill up the fuel tank, put on your lifejackets, turn the key and off you go.  Spares. Spare impeller, water pump tube seal fuel filter, shaft seal. Various gearbox oils, 2 stroke.  The boat has been maintained by a boatyard and also by its marine engineer owner. The engine had all new impeller / filters / oil change last year and only went in the water for ½ hour testing. I then had to work the summer and so winterized it in September. I have got it ready for the season but only changed the gearbox oil not the impeller again, as can be seen from the picture the tell tail is gushing out.The boat is stored in Ilfracombe where she can be viewed and engine run on a hose pipe. She has not been launched this year.Payment is cash or bank transfer only, (unless you want to pay the paypal fees for me).The boat is advertised elsewhere so may be removed if sold there. The auction will run to the end if not.
