Bayliner Sierra Sunbridge 265 (26ft - 8m) Description:A well-known brand name, affectionally known as a “Bin liner” If you are looking for a small motor cruiser with spacious accommodation for its size, look no further. An ideal little bolt hole with its own on board facilities / heads: shower, wash basin, marine toilet. Galley equipped with fridge, sink, gas burner. The boat also has a spacious cockpit with cockpit table with comfortable seating for 6 - 8 people. She has a great aft bathing platform and bathing ladder great for getting in and out of the water, for snorkelling and having fun. She also has a superb little reliable auxiliary outboard fitted for added safety and peace of mind.Large spacious light and airy rear cabin which sleeps 2 easily, convertible bow cabin sleeps two comfortably.A great holiday location serviced by two international airports Valencia and Alicante and comes complete with a reasonably priced berth in one of the most prestigious marinas on the Spanish coastline El Portet Marina Port Denia, if required with immaculate shower facilities. The boat is British Registered on the SSR (Small Ships Registry) Cheap insuranceA brand new Mercruiser inboard engine recently fitted ,which has done less than 200 hours, cruises comfortably and economically at 12 -15 knots all day! Purchased from Cartagena and cruised back on her own bottom last year. New Bimini hood just fitted for summer.Superb boat with great space and comfortable accommodation for her size. It is a great platform for just cruising around to the next bay, anchoring off having a BBQ / picnic, fishing generally having fun in and out of the water. Staying the night on board and doing it all again the next day. With areas to get in the shade to shelter from the hot Mediterranean sun.Fully enclosed cockpit tent available which could offer even further accommodation for a couple more people.Genuine reason for sale.Bad BitsThe cockpit seating is a little worse for wear and is split in places, and would benefit by being re-upholstered, but it is not that bad. The starter motor occasionally sticks, but I would get a marine engineer to check it out prior to the sale and replace or service it if necessary. The boat is due to be lifted out for antifouling and anode replacement shortly, but I assume any purchaser would require an out of water Survey so I would haggle over this cost between any buyer.INVENTORY:Auxiliary Outboard engineElectric WindlassAnchor & new ChainMarine CompassBlowerWindscreen WipersTrim TabsFish FinderVHF RadioChart Plotter (not fitted)Nice stereo and outside speakersHorn Deck BrushBoat HookBucketFlares (in date)First aid kitNav LightsNew decals (To be fitted)Spanish Courtesy flagBritish FlagMOORING FEES - Mooring fees are approximately 3,000 euros per year paid 6 monthly in advance + port taxes. It is the most expensive place to keep a boat on the coast, but very nice.
