My boat is a 205 Four winns Sundowner that is 6.3 meters that is in the lovely Port Andratx with the possibility to rent the birth all year round.First the boat.I have had the boat out the water all winter and has just gone back into the sea. Over the winter I replaced the old engine with a little newer OMC Cobra 5.8 liter. She has a good coat of antifoul and a new propeller. I have had her polished and had new stainless steel board binnamy fitted. She is in a good condition generally with a few ware marks on the front seats and instruments. There is a good size cabin that can sleep two easy and place for 6 persons to sit outside and has a swim platform. The engine runs well and starts first time but is heating up afer a few minutes of running. I think it is a simple thing to sort. She has a British flag and is in my name. The port. She is in the Port of Andraxt in Mallorca. This is a very nice port that has all the service you could ever ask for. From modern bathrooms and toilets to restaurants with a big pool that is free if your boat is in the port. The port is very well set for you to go by boat to many different beaches and coves. Like Cam De Mar , Santa Ponsa, Sollor and the famous island of Dragonera I pay per month in the winter around 120 Euros and it goes up to around 180 Euros for 3 months in the summer months.
