For sale is my lovely UK spec 2005 Bayliner 265 SB with the 5.7cc engine and duo prop Bravo 3 outdrive.
Both having been regularly serviced from new by the 2 previous owners and myself. Only selling to buy are larger boat after having 5 years of wonderful ownership on the river and sea. This is the largest vessel that you can legally tow on the UK roads and so very versatile on where you do your boating. She is currently on dry stack on the south coast so you will have no lift out fees to view the hull etc.She is a four berth in two separate cabins, one being the V-berth. WC with holding tank and pump out macerator. Shower and basin also in the WC compartment. A replacement water heater was fitted when I bought her which is heated via the engine or an emersion heater. There is also another shower head at the stern for washing down when on the bathing platform.Back in the cabin, we have a microwave and cupboard to starboard and on the port side you have the sink, alcohol/electric hob and fridge below that. Also another cupboard and a draw unit. Above this are more storage areas and the boats control panel along with the radio/cd. Stereo speakers are fitted to the bow end in the seating area.I have replaced all the interior lights with LED bulbs for more power efficiency also a new JVC tv/dvd is fitted. But if your hooked up to shore power this is never a problem anyway. Both batteries were replaced 2 years ago and are kept topped up by the onboard trickle charger. In the cockpit area we have seating for up to 6 plus the skipper. I have made a larger cockpit table as the originals are far too small. There is also a wet bar sink and storage below plus numerous cup holders around the cockpit. Below the bench seat is a cold box storage. I have the original box but its getting tired looking now.Next to the helm we have the more modern looking sliding door/steps up to the deck via the split screen. At the helm are all the usual gauges plus the plotter and a bran new GPS VHF radio. Plus the remote radio control panel.Below the stern seating there sits the powerful 5.7 v8 which effortlessly pushes you up on the plane. I mistakenly replaced the carb with a bran new one recently as there was a fault which turned out to be a perished HT lead, now all replaced. In the engine bay there are two tube heaters on a thermostat so you can use her all year round without having to winterise.Remote fire extinguisher inside plus 1 in the cabin and another on deck. This complies with the boat safety scheme along with the bilge filter system. The holding tank and water heater are also fitted in the engine bay.At the stern there is a large storage locker, which the slightly smaller 245's do not have. On the bathing platfrom an outboard motor bracket is fitted.Three rope tidies are on port and starboard sides as has the bow.I've probably forgotten something in the description but I think you can tell its been a well cared for and regularly used boat.As an added bonus and peace of mind for the new owner I will consider buying a 12 month warranty if agreed selling price is close to my advertised price.
