I am selling my Cabin Cruiser as an unfinished project due to not having time to finish the project . Although she is watertight and floats she could do with a total refit but with a new battery and a service to the 30hp Mercury 2 stroke outboard engine you could use her straight away. She is suitable for use on canals and estuaries and is currently moored on the Thames Estuary. She is well used and as such comes with a few scratches and marks to the original gel coat finish hence the low start auction price. The bottom was scraped and anti fouled last winter. She is 22 ft long The boat is sold as seen and the buyer is responsible for collecting her from her Essex mooring which is not transferable. You will need a trailer and there will be a charge by the marina to lift her out of the water which will be payable by the buyer.
