Houseboat is basically a catamaran, it feels stable and doesn’t lurch a lot, and the deck has lifeline protection. The vessel is equipped with a 9.9L gasoline motor. When it comes to comfort, Houseboat is even more comfy than some apartments in the city. It’s warm, luminous and spacious. Overall closed area is more than 22 sq. meters, plus you have another 25 sq. meters in the open air, to relax in a sun lounger or for your kids to play. A self-contained 10l Truma gas system is used for water heating, with 2 modes: 50°C or 75°C.The bathroom has shower and electric toilet set to minimal water consumption and equipped with push-button control. Toilet is fed with overboard water. A 450l sewage tank is equipped in one of the pontoons, and can be connected to the toilet, if necessary. Water supply: fresh water capacity onboard is 450 liters, the clean fresh water tank is located in one of the central pontoons.A 12V pump enables a water flow rate of up to 1.3 l/min at a pressure of 2.1 bar. Two water distribution facilities: a mixer tap in the kitchen and a shower.Electrics.Central battery charging control unit is 12-220-12v invertor, which supplies power to the boat battery and generates 220V voltage for users onboard.
