Our boat is for sale in a lovely marina, San Lorenzo De La Mer, Northern Italy, 4 miles from Imperia, 20 miles from Monaco.  She is in excellent condition and is ready to sail anywhere. The Marina offers free WiFi, water and electric hook up with mooring fees paid until 30 September 16The famous yacht designer Van De Stadt in conjunction with Willi Delher.  The German yacht builder produced a yacht that was to change the world of cruising.  This yacht was known as the Dehler CWS, a production yacht that could be sailed long distances at its optimum speed, safely, by one person.  Which at the time was unique and probably still is.Only one primary winch, this winch is an electrically powered  LEWMAR 43.A large Mainsail and small jib, a furling jib, which is sheeted to a self tacking track, which means there is only one jib sheet.The mainsail when stowed is in a main drop system, no sail ties, no need to go on deck to stow it.All sail controls come back to the helmsman, you never need to leave the cockpit for event which is a big safety factor.The helmsman can reef in 30 seconds and remove the same in 90 seconds without leaving the cockpit.Can turn in just over its own length both ahead and astern, cruises at 7 Knots under power at 3/4 revs. At winds over 12 knots will average 7 knots under sail.
