The top quality sound proofing and sail drive mean that you can’t barely hear the engine when running in the forward cabin or when stood forward of the mast on deck. As we have owned Trajan from new engine service history is exemplar. The engine has been serviced twice yearly (first week of October, and the first week of June). Only genuine Yanmar Parts and Oils used throughout. Her solid teak rubbing steak, panelled washboards and decorative teak is kept bare thus only needing a slight scrub and teak cleaner to maintain a lustre golden finish. The Hull is her original gel coat. It was spec’ed from new to be a speciality non-pigment product which has maintained its high gloss finish. The hull below the water line has been epoxied since new and the lack of pigments in the GRP resign and gel coat mean the boat is basically immune to osmosis The level of detail and no expense spared culture goes from the highest quality Teflon based antifouling to a special Selden Teflon coated extrusion inserted into the mast track to make raising and dropping the main a slick operation. All things normally reserved for grand prix style yachts. The highest quality branded hardware is used throughout fit out with all main cabin lights being red and white for multi use, chromed WHALE elegance taps and the highest marine quality stainless steel buffed in most places to a mirror finish. She is ready for a test sail at any time and happy to take all serious purchasers out for a race or just a play around the marina.Happy to help sail her with out crew to the new owners choice of marina or help negotiate a berth in Liverpool at a discounted rate.
