The boat is sold as seen, but is structurally sound (minor cosmetic damage and scratches as would be expected from a boat of this age). The Engine is in excellent condition and fully operational, it was serviced approx. 6 months ago and had a new impeller fitted last year. It starts on the key, and engages forward and reverse smoothly.The boat is generally very tidy and ready to use.The boat spent the winter out of the water during which time the hull was cleaned, painted and antifouled, the deck was re-painted, and a new water tank fitted.The boat has had lots of money spent on improvements by the current owner, including a 4.2 4-Cyl Ford Mermaid engine producing 90hp on single screw shaft drive. This was fitted by a previous owner and makes the boat feel much more confident on tidal waters over the original BMC 1.5 supplied.Four plus two berths in two cabins, the forward having a double vee berth, the main cabin has a table and seating for four that converts to a double berth. Aft there is a large cockpit with a bench seat that converts to a further double bed if required. Rear cockpit with large white bench seat/ double bed, captains seat and removable co pilots seat, fitted with Echo Sounder, Speed log and VHF radio. Boat has shore power. Main cabin is fitted with 2 burner gas oven and grill, Stainless steel sink with drainer, a fridge that runs on either 12 volt or gas and a gas powered heater, the cabin is finished in wood, which is in very good original condition.The forward cabin has been completely refitted by the current owner including new vinyl lining, carpets, restoration of some of the wood fittings a new sink and new lights. There is a separate cloakroom with Cassette toilet and shower that can be accessed from either cabin. Boat comes with fenders ,ropes, boat hook, anchor and chain.
