Comes without Trailer. Adjustable swing keel (2' to 5' ) makes sailing in all depths easy- old vhf radio, life vests, 1 main sail 1 jib sail all in great shape, 8 HP Yamaha 4 stroke included, only used less than 5 times -many more little extras onboard will go with boat- A great starter boat for the sailing family. The MacGregor 25 is a trailered (not included) sailboat with a 625 lb. swing keel. She drafts 5'8" with the keel down and 1'10" with the keel up. This makes getting virtually anywhere no problem. She takes an outboard motor  maximum of 10 HP. I can drop this boat within the Maryland or Delaware area.  This sailboat is extremely clean, ready to sail, my wife spent many hours cleaning the cabin and topside last spring and I scraped barnacles, power washed, repainted the bottom.  When we pulled it out of the water late last fall, it only needed power washing on the bottom hull.  Motor starts on first pull.    Ready to sail.  Need to add some pictures of the cushions in the cabin.  Currently this sailboat is on a trailer that I am borrowing and at my house in Pasadena, MD.  covered by tarps and motor stored upright indoors. ***Cabin: CLEAN ***Sails:
***Misc: Cockpit storage bags, Fuel tank with blower venting, OLD  compass, Motor cover, American flag, gas tank fuel line.
Coast Guard required equipment including life jackets in safety gear bag, installed OLDER VHF radio, lights, flares, and much more.  Some new lifeline rigging replaced- all stainless steel cable. Also brand new Halyard, two fenders, Anchor with chain, rope, ladder, cockpit BLUE cushions The mast is supported by the homemade wood support in the stern but an additional support in the middle of the mast on the cabin top is helpful when going any significant distance (cushions).
