1981 Hunter 27. Excellent condition. Yanmar diesel 2GM20F runs great. wheel tiller. roller furling jib standard main. all lines lead back, great for single handing. Sails are in very good condition. Nice interior. front double berth,and 3 single berths in cabin. single head, bath and kitchen sinks, alcohol stove, ice box.  Two batteries. dry bilge. engine has slight leak when running (about a teaspoon per hour of running time. I usually put down a drip pan or just wipe up with a paper towel). Shallow draft 3'6". will need bottom painted next season.
