Boat is currently moored in Port Sanilac State Harbor and is being sold as is. Can be sailed in current condition, but needs some work to be returned to full working order. Water tank leaks, so must either repair or devise other means of fresh water storage. Cable for swing keel needs to be recovered and reattached to winch. Draft is 7' with keel down, 3' with keel up. Original teak has some cosmetic flaws, decks are partially refinished. Motor is inboard diesel - Volvo Penta MD11C, runs very well. Will include inflatable dinghy and trolling motor with purchase. An excellent great lakes cruiser for anyone with time to work on her.
