Very economical.The boat feels large, probably because of its 12ft beam and 35ft length..Good sized engine bay, clean & containing three batteries, the other two batteries are in a bay containing the air con system.All original decals in great condition as they aren't stickers, they are actual gel coat. The gel coat is in good condition, the hull is in good condition as are the props.This boat is a whirlwind dream for staying on anchor! You wouldn't want for anything, you can stay completely off-grid, as it benefits from five batteries, a 4000watt inverter and brand new battery charger. Also perfect for entertaining with it's built in wine chiller, luxury swim ladder, huge sunbathing area, powerful hot shower, and lots more!The boat has all the toys too; large HD touch screen GPS, second handheld GPS, autopilot (great tool for both long and short trips), davits, air con, wine chiller (as previously mentioned), inverter & zinc saver. We have had a barbecue on the back but it was a gift so are taking this with us... Would definitely recommend buying your own!New covers were made in navy blue with extra large headroom so creates a huge exterior room. Not really needed in Spain but great for protecting the boat from dust and showers when away. There is so much headroom in this boat; a 7ft man could easily stand with more space to spare too; both inside the boat has great headroom and under the sunbridge covers/bimini. We really took the time to create something special outside that we wouldn't need to replace for years. The covers cost €4,500 and were made last summer, built to last with super sturdy zip attachments.Recently replaced are the sunbridge seating, captains chair and the middle front sun pad replaced too, so these, as you would expect, are in immaculate condition.The inverter, battery charger and zinc saver are all new additions to the boat which were installed last summer.The boat has air conditioning which works great and is ice cold, and has two output vents below deck and digitally operated below the main ship's systems. The air control system is also capable of providing heating too, although we have never needed to use it!She was anti fouled a few months ago when we had her craned out at our marina to wash the bottom, so in good condition with a clean hull too.The interior is all in good condition, with original stove, original Glastron curtains in the cabin and we even have the original Glastron duvets and mattress toppers, factory fitted!The boat is moored in Spain, in a very cheap marina benefitting from great facilities including wifi, showers, bars, restaurants, etc.The boat is Spanish registered and has just completed its boat safety for another 5 years, a requirement by law in Spain. If you wish to change to British register, this is no problem, I can de-register for €17 and then for £25 online you can fill out the British Small Ships Register form, then after 2 weeks, you will receive by post the laminated certificate and your SSR number to stick on the boat.Insurance can be transfered to you easily, very cheap around €200 per year.It was really hard to advertise this boat on ebay and choose just 12 photos as we love the boat so much and couldn't decide on just 12! We think the photos are nice however don't do the boat justice as it looks evens better in real life. We should also mention that this boat has every piece of paperwork you could imagine! A great location for cruising the coast, anchoring along the long beaches, taking a trip to Barcelona or across to the Balearics for a week or two. We just love sunset cruises, anchoring up in the turquoise waters and watching the sun set over the tree filled Spanish mountains.
