Hi All I am selling my much loved mahogany Broads cruiser , she is 42 foot long by 13 foot wide She was built in the late sixties and I have owned her and lived on her for the past 10 years . My partner and I are having a bigger newer boat built and require the mooring , so mooring is not available with sale . She has all the mod cons you need to live Log burner , gas cooker hob and oven , she has 1 small fridge and a space for another 3 way fridge, she has toilet shower and basin . there is a main cabin bed room dn then a smaller cabin in the front with 2 singles , there is plenty of storage space . she also has 2 large 250w solar panels on the roof for charging the batteries when away from shore , there are also 3 deep cycle batteries and a 2kw inverter for when she is away from shore She is powered by thornycroft marenised diesel engine . At her last survey 2 years ago it was suggested that the chimes and the keel bolts need replacing which would cost around 10K ( quoted by Steve Dennet , local wooden boat builder ). I haven't had this done and will need to be done in the next 2 years although we haven't had any problems . The kitchen ahas been recently rebuilt and has granite worktops .
