She is currently lying ashore in Newhaven, East Sussex in a commercial boatyard.  She can be viewed at pretty much any time during working hours or the weekend by arrangement.  She can also be sea trialled with a few days notice (launch and recovery fees apply and would be buyers responsibility).Mooring/Storage arrangements are the buyers responsibility after purchase.  There are plenty of berths available in Newhaven should the new owner wish to keep here there as well as nearby marinas in Eastbourne and Brighton.  The current storage facility is paid up until 1st July 2016 which should give the new owner ample time to make arrangements to relocate or launch her.  I believe there is capacity should the new owner wish her to remain where she is for an extended periodPayment in cash or bank transfer on completion of the sale.If you have any questions, would like to see more photos or arrange a viewing, please call or email me.
