This is for a 1974 Ericson 27' Sloop. It's a very sturdy boat. It's got a large recently purchased genoa (jib) and strong main sail. It's got a great working diesel engine on board. It’ll get up to 5 knots. The engine was rebuilt just 6 months ago, so it’s pretty much set for years-to-come. The diesel tank takes about 10 gallons. It’s got working DC (lights outer and inside, radio, and TS2000 autopilot, included).. The electricity works inside and out. It’s been on only sea water. Long Beach, CA...Mostly sailed to Catalina and Two Harbors and back. I have no worries in this boat though. I've sailed it in 15 foot swells with 25 knot winds and it hit almost 7 knots. We never worried for a second. Working bling pump tiled to electrical board. I'm moving and i can't bring it with me. :-(
