The yacht is based at Woolverstone Marina on the picturesque River Orwell in Suffolk, some 5 miles from Ipswich. The boat is in excellent condition overall, with exceptionally low engine hours, and running costs (marina fees, insurance, maintenance, etc.) are currently set at £250 per share per calendar month Additionally - if required - further sailing tuition is available on the boat with an RYA Yachtmaster Instructor (by separate arrangement) Accommodation The spacious and light saloon is laid out with a galley area, separate navigation station, and a comfortable dinette seating arrangement. There is accommodation for up to 7 persons, in 3 double cabins plus the saloon, and there are also 2 heads compartments (one being en-suite in the forepeak cabin). The accommodation is serviced by a Webasto warm-air heating system.
