For Sale Boat Project 1979 Hancock and Lane all steel 30 foot narrow boat. This boat came out of the water end of may 2014 for hull survey and blacking, had 2in steel strip welded round bottom of hull [SEE PHOTOS] Have receipts for work done. BSS done on the 01/08/15. It has a two pot Lister engine twin alternator's,2x110 leisure batteries one starter battery,2x solar panels, Kipor generator [SEE PHOTOS ENG BAY].Inside boat need's a refit. I stripped out boat to refit myself ,I have kept shower room dining area [wood].Have all shower bits, Tray, Pump, Head. Dometic flushing cassette toilet. Kitchen, Smev oven, 3 ring hob, and sink with shoreline fridge. Heating is a Kabola old Dutch diesel heater [working] and a Rinnai water heater [working]. It has new decking. 2x gas bottles. half a tank of diesel. All the wiring and plumming is there. This is a do it your way boat. I have receipts for parts and work done. Bought boat in Aldermaston moved down to Devizes, lived in Devizes for 2 years, been down as far Locksbrook road river Avon Bath. Reliable engine, very cheap to run but dose smoke a bit.
