An Etap 23 built in 1985 in good condition. I have owned Maya for 3 years during which she has been kept on a mooring in Conwy and sailed round Anglesey several times as well as a trip across the Irish Sea to Dublin.
She has been wintered on a trailer in my yard every year and undergone comprehensive annual maintenance.

She has a sea toilet in the forepeak behind a curtain. A large glass hatch and some shelving make up the rest of this area.
Moving aft is a chart table with locker storage under and control panel above. To the port side is a small galley with built in cool box, 2 burner gas stove with grill and a number of storage cupboards and shelves.
On both sides run large settees which convert into berths. Under these are large storage bins. Further storage areas are under the rear deck. A table with a removable leg can be positioned both in the cabin or outside in the cockpit. A spray hood provides shelter from the elements. Storage is provided by two lockers to port and starboard. Maya has stanchions and guard rails all round making moving around the deck very safe. All lines are led back to the cockpit which makes solo sailing very practical.Maya is currently on a trailer, which is not part of this auction. I am prepared to deliver her to you at a reasonable cost on the trailer where you could have her craned off if necessary.
