Superb 34ft Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 34.2 : Moored in the marina at Deauville Normandy (very easy access from the UK). British Registered and VAT paid.LADIES AND GENTLEMEN......I do not know what is holding you back! With over 100 watchers she should have been sold straight away. She is a gorgeous boat, fully equipped and I am sure is the best of her class in Europe. Please call for an informal discussion. We did an extensive search of the UK and French market for a 34 ft Jeanneau due to their great reputation for quality build, easy sailing with all controls led aft, spacious cockpit, wheel steering, easy access with bathing platform, huge shower area, owners cabin, and sociable dining area. Plus very large cockpit locker to take dingy, engine and liferaft. The perfect cruising boat. This is the best anywhere! We are only selling as I am retiring from sailing for health reasons (see other two listings), and Philippe and Thierry are very busy with their horses so the boat has been very lightly used. There was a small leak at the keel so we decided to use the world famous Osmotech (next door to Sea Ventures where we bought the boat) to remove the keel, strengthen the area around the keel fitting new keel plates (see picture) and refit the keel. Osmotech stripped all anti-fouling back to the bare hull, epoxy coated and anti-fouled (picture shows the result). Simon May of Boatcare Surveyors supervised the total process and Commented 04.08 2011: "Aubaine looks like a new boat - excellent work by Osmotech - Hull/keel lines are perfect".At the same time we had a major engine service by R K Marine (Volvo specialist). Engine is a Volvo MD 2030 29hp. The service included the usual oil and filter changes plus a complete inspection resulting in a new exhaust elbow, total new exhaust rubber hose, flush out cooling system and clean out heat exchanger. The engine has been regularly serviced since and runs like a dream.The cabin layout is a large owners cabin, forward cabin with hanging locker and shelving, double berth conversion in saloon.We had all the floorboards and steps removed and factory refurbished better than new (see pictures).
