Fletcher 17 GTO bowrider.  This boat is one of a limited number fitted with the Yamaha 130 V4 2 Stroke engine.  236 engine running hours. (Analogue tachometer reads 346 hours, this is the time the ignition has been on - used by previous owner with his fish finder).  This combination is a much sought after ski package - fast and powerful, will easily pull up 2 skiers.  Capable of 50+mph.  Has a 21-pitch prop fitted and also a Solar aluminium ski prop (19-pitch) if pulling 2 skiers or the boat is loaded.The boat has a spacious ski locker in the centre of the boat (snap in carpet so it can be removed and dried).The boat also has SeaStar hydraulic steering, not fitted as standard on this model but it has been installed since purchase.  Steering is smooth and light.  No stiff cables here.  Power steering fluid included.This boat has been completely overhauled and rebuilt over the winter (2015/16).  The wooden floor has been replaced with 13mm Marine ply, protected with Burgess Marine protectant (3 coats).  The floor is finished with Treadmaster anti slip flooring in sand white colour.  This provides a waterproof anti-slip surface which is quick drying, as opposed to the water absorbing carpet these boats are normally fitted with (allowing the wooden floors to rot).  The boat is now easy to wash out and dry.  The back seat has been completely re-designed to withstand people standing on it, anyone who knows these boats will know the back seat always gets torn where people get in and out of the boat.  The new seat is made from 13mm Marine ply (much thicker than standard seats), with denser foam and thicker vinyl, and can easily withstand adults standing on it without tearing.  All wooden seat fittings have also been replaced.  All wood is protected with Burgess Marine sealant.The galvanised Brenderup roller trailer has had every bolt/bracket replaced with marine grade A4 stainless parts, the winch has a high and low gear, and is rated for 2 tonnes (boat and engine combined is probably around 1 tonne).  All rollers working beautifully.  Both wheel bearings replaced.  The brakes do not work however.Also fitted is a new Garmin 45 dv combination chartplotter and fish finder complete with the latest CHIRP DownVu fish finding technology.
