This auction is for my 1969 Project 31 which I have been working on for the past couple of years but due to our house renovation & work commitments she sadly has to go..She has two Ford transit Diesel engines that were fitted & marinised by the previous owner, they were both low mileage & in good condition. The engines are wired to work but the gauges are yet to be wired upShe has been fitted with props & rudders which makes it great for both coastal & inland waterwaysThere are two truck fuel tanks fitted, she is steered by hydraulics & this system is all newThe cabin area has been insulated with king span in the hull plus silver layered insulation in the roof & sidesThe interior is nearly complete having had a limed oak kitchen fitted with black granite effect worktop, stainless steel sink & taps, Waeco 3 way fridge & Plastimo gas cooker which need to be plumbed inShe has been fitted with white leatherette vinyl with a classy pinhole headlinerThe wiring is there for the lights but will need completingAll the original wood interior trim is there but will need some refreshing before fittingShe has an electrically operated sea toilet ready to goAlso fitted are two Solar powered roof vents made by SunventThere is also a Lewmar hatch fitted in the V berthThe mahogany wheelhouse will need some glass & trimmingsIn my opinion she is approximately 80% complete Included with her are all the ali window trims, new gauges for both engines, new steering wheel, helm seats, new props, a rain cover for the deck, some canopy hoops various deck cleats & some other bitsShe has teak deck that needs sanding & oiling I have spent many hours lovingly renovating her to the standard that she is now & it is with a heavy heart that we have decided that we have to sell her but I have a house renovation to finish & work commitments She is on hard standing in Lowestoft at present, There is a travel hoist available at cost to assist with transportationCash on Collection or Bank Transfer (prior to collection)Thanks for looking & happy bidding
