This is to answer the multiple questions I have been receiving:1. Why am I selling at what appears to be a low price for what is offered?A. I am starting a new adventure in my life which includes traveling abroad and I do not want to leave the boat alone for months at a time. I don't want her to turn into those boats we all see and wonder "why" someone would not take care of the boat.2.what needs fixing?A. Port window spider cracked, no leaks, Front hatch window crack, no leaks. There was/is a leak in the aft cabin next to the aft stairs leading outside. This is not extensive, but I want to be honest with all issues. This is all reflected in this very good, low price to pay for a nice Trawler.  The boat has more in her now then when I bought it and I paid much more than my asking price. I want the new owner to be happy and get a good deal so as to enjoy this boat as much as I have-
