In better than good condition, this 'top of the line' craft has been used sparingly.  Locally purchased and always stored indoors.Main and jib sailcloth are great with no holes or tears and minimal sun bleaching.  Re-rigged in 2010.Hull exterior and interior gel coat is in pristine condition with only a couple of surface chips and scratches.  Interior storage space has been add without compromising room.The matching EZ LOADER trailer has 'bearing buddies', tounge jack, newer bunks, full lighting, 1 7/8" coupler, and minimal rust.  Most hardware has been upgraded to SS.Rudder with 'walking stick', 4 foot drop keel, and all teak are in comparable shape.  All shock cords were replaced with the sail  rigging.MANY EXTRAS including rigging & owners manuals, mooring cover (never used), storage tarp, Minn Kota 40 trolling motor/mount, tool and small parts pouch, paddle, life vests, seat cushions, dock bumpers, swim ladder, and several docking/rigging ropes.My life style has changed and physical abilities have diminished.  THIS IS LIKE TAKING A BELOVED PET TO BE EUTHANIZED.
