Ahoy! Thanks for looking at Chargerman, our 31ft GRP cruiser project - this would be perfect as a liveaboard or houseboat.Left engine starts but transmission won't engageRight engine needs a new starter motorBSC expires June 2016 so will need to be transferred to hard-standing or a new one obtained. Brief summary of work done so farA hardtop has been added to the engine room, but many of the original features still remain. In 2015 the following work was done on the boat (invoices available for inspection and further details): Both engines were refurbished (we have a copy of BMC 2.2L diesel engine manual should you wish to poke around)Transom shields replacedBilge pump replaced12V electrics rewired New engine batteries and leisure battery installedSmart charger installedAlternator repairedBlack water tank added and pump flush toilet connectedNew bow cushions fittedThe following work was done by a previous owner of the boat circa 2013/14:Hardtop added to engine roomGas heating and cooking system removedGas hot water replaced with 2kW electric system- - -
We're currently moored at Penton Hook, a non-residential marina. The staff are really helpful and you would be welcome to keep the boat here but if you do intend to live aboard, you will need to arrange for the boat to be moored elsewhere.

We're currently moored at Penton Hook, a non-residential marina. The staff are really helpful and you would be welcome to keep the boat here but if you do intend to live aboard, you will need to arrange for the boat to be moored elsewhere.
