Here we have a very usable Drascombe Lugger which has now been in dry storage for two seasons and it looks like this year could be the Hat Trick. The conflict of running a business and trying to go sailing is not going in the favour of sailing so this lovely boat has to go. I want it to be used and enjoyed as it should be. Sorry about the basic photographs. I have or can supply more if you want to see something specific but I just wanted to list the item to get interested parties in contact. Everything is there, sails , oars ropes fenders , anchor etc. All you need to go sailing. As you can see from the photo it was antifouled properly off the trailer. Fully jet washed prior to this and I can supply photo's of the process to show the good condition of the hull. It is on a trailer that splits in the middle which means possible to launch and recover single handed. More importantly is the trailer hubs DO NOT have to be submerged to do this. A great advantage in the preservation of the trailer and the reduction in maintenance required. Trailer board included. The Bad Bits are some of the deck 'crazed ' a bit. As a remedial fix I have applied filler to stop any further deterioration , which has worked. However I did not have time to paint the deck but bought the expensive paint which is unopened and included in the sale. I have pictures in detail of all these areas if you are genuinely interested. I am not selling my outboard with the boat as I have an absolute gem of a 5hp long shaft Mercury which would cost too much to replace. I do intend to get another boat so am happy to keep this in my Shed. I think I have covered everything. It is a classified advert but if you are interested please come and have a look. Boat located East Devon , in between M5 and A30 so easy to get to. Classified ad so cash on collection no funny deals or strange px requests please. No Postage as it is collection in person.
