I live in North Carolina typically this boat has been taken to local lakes as well as the coast in Wilmington and the Outer Banks. Any time it was in salt water it was run in the lake before even coming home, always flushed and cleaned. It has been garaged kept most of the time, winterized and maintained meticulously. Salt water or fresh water. Runs beautifully and fast. Great for the skier or pulling tubes or just the show!
