This ex Thames lighter is approximately 70 ft long and 18ft wide. It was used as a kitchen barge as you will see from the pictures. However all of this can be removed and you will be left with a space 48ft x 12ft 3ins upstairs plus an outside area and toilet and shower room, and a space 44ft x 13ft 6ins downstairs plus storage rooms in the swims either end. There is a toilet and shower, storage for gas bottles, a gas boiler. There are cold rooms complete with refrigeration equipment etc. (Note that none of this has been tested).Unlike an empty barge it is ready to convert and so you can fit it out as you see fit, be that complicated or very simple indeed. I can put you in contact with towing companies or she can stay where she is but it is not a residential mooring.This is not my barge, I am selling it for a colleague, but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me
