A sleek and stunning classic, ideal for cruising, fast and fun for racing.Built to a Fred Parker Tumlare type design by Woodnutt & Co, Isle of Wight.Needs some attention but will turn heads as she is a fine racing beauty!
Construction: Built by Woodnutt & Co, Isle of Wight in 1949.  Fred Parker Tumlare type design.   Canoe stern hull with long keel.Traditional timber construction of mahogany on oak frames.Marine ply deck with mahogany fittings, recently restored as original.Mechanics: Yanmar 1GM, 10hp diesel engine (10 engine hours).Single lever morse control.Shaft driven.Three blade fixed pitch propeller. Electrics: 12V engine start battery.Charging from engine alternator.Tankage: Fuel capacity 50 litres in a stainless steel tank (10 gallons). Rigging: Spruce mast and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging Sails: Jib by Westaway Sails (new 2010).Mainsail by Westaway Sails (new 2010).Inventory Ground Tackle: 20kg CQR anchor.Brass bow roller.Brass fairleads.Mooring cleats Deck Gear: Two x sheet winches.Two x deck hatches.Grab rails Accommodation:Sleeps four in one cabin.Two berth forepeak.Two berths on either side of the saloon.Well equipped but the inside has been left essentially as a bare boat and accommodation has not been installed This Classic wooden sail boat built to a Fred Parker Tumlare type design by Woodnutt & Co, Isle of Wight has been lovingly restored in recent years.
