It's the cheapest weekend get away spot you can imagine. Just over an hour from Philly suburbs and I always feel like I'm a million miles away. For $1500 it can be moored at a marina with a pool, bar, restaurant, beach, paddle boards, etc. I've enjoyed many sunsets, cocktails, swims, sails and yelps of delight as my 14yr old hooks another fish. Unfortunately somethings have changed and I need to sell. The boat is in very good condition...it shows many, many years younger than its age. The interior is very clean, fiberglass still clean and white, and teak still beautiful. NO soft spots on deck. I've done a lot (as above shows) to upkeep and make the boat comfortable. The saloon converts into a comfy double bed (cushions in good shape) as well as a roomy v-berth. The hull being repainted really makes the boat stand out (it was originally white) and draws a lot of attention. The overall design, pulpit and color turns a lot of heads. 5'11 headroom makes a huge difference and the boat feels a lot bigger than others in its class. It sails nicely, you won't win regattas or go around the world, but it's shoal draft is perfect for anchoring 20' from a bay beach and letting the kids wade to shore and explore. I can happily sail outside of busy channels, and thus avoid wakes. Sails are in good to fair condition- could use a wash and treated to crisp them up, but they are more than adequate. Roller furling jib is taped on the leech, but has been that same way for 2 seasons. I always remove and store them in the house during the winter. Batteries removed over winter.  Engine winterized, all plumbing filled with antifreeze. The 1GM10 starts first time, every time and pushes the newly finished hull through the water at 5 knots all day on a few liters of diesel.  Full disclosure- the head pumps into the holding tank just fine, but doesn't seem to pull water in. I just keep a gallon jug in the head and use it to prime. Again, works fine to move waste into the tank, but needs to be primed. One stantion is taped and needs to be fixed, I just haven't got around to finding a bracket.Available to show if we can make the day's work, but I work, so weekdays will be tough. Please ask questions and I'll answer the best I can (I know the boat very well), research and make sure the wife, husband, etc. are OK with you buying a boat. Once you bid or buy I don't want to suddenly hear you never checked with your SO. Fenders, 4 dock lines, assorted equipment will go with the boat, personal items, tools, etc. will be removed.
