Very classic Bill Tripp design in excellent condition. Located in Wilmington NC. On the hard now, ready for inspection, bottom paint, launch or transport.Highlights:Moderate 5'4" draftNew Topsides PaintNew Deck PaintRepowered w/ YanmarMax PropNew CushionsNew Water/Fuel/Holding TanksNew instrumentsNew autopilotExcellent sailsLike new standing riggingI'm handling this sale for my friend. He repainted the boat three years ago and it still looks like new. He also painted the deck and did an awesome job with very tasteful non-skid. The old wooden cockpit lazerette hatches have all been replaced with fiberglass. The previous owner repowered the boat about ten years ago, but only 280 hours put on her since, and my friend has regularly run the engine, mostly at the dock, to keep it lubed. The engine is amazing. It starts right up, idles smoothly, and the exhaust still smells new and crisp. There's a MaxProp, roller furling, excellent sails, a like-new dodger (not shown), new Raymarine ST60 wind-depth-speed instruments (installed) and a new-in-the-box Raymarine autopilot (wheel pilot, not installed). The interior has been mostly redone. It has always been dry and has never experienced mold or rot. He's replaced the original integral keel tank with a custom tank and refinished the sole. The headliner is molded fiberglass (not cloth or wood) and has just received a new look. Importantly, she has a new set cushions that look like they just came from the canvas shop. There is double-tank propane locker, aluminum tanks, and solenoid system. Locker interiors are clean, dry, painted, nice -NO ROT.What she needs: Not much. There is no chartplotter. Good, get a modern one. The stove is all plumbed, as I mentioned, but the stove is missing. We might have one installed by time this listing ends. Icebox only. The boom is wood, and of the rolling variety (mast is aluminum). It works well and looks cool, but I would consider installing a lighter aluminum boom with slab reefing. Even if you install a brand new one this is not an expensive job. Other little odds and ends with pumbing and wiring, but nothing major.Layout moving aft:V-berth forwardHead to port, storage oppositePort and starboard settees with berths above and behind.Galley to port (Icebox only, no refrigeration)Nav station to starboardNo quarterberthSpecs: LOA: 38 ft Beam: 11 ft Min.
