A 1931 Chesapeake Bay Buyboat made by Linwood Price, the Mary Jemison, formerly the Virginia Estelle. She is currently in Cayuga, NY at Beacon Bay marine, with access to the Cayuga Seneca Canal and Erie Canal.Mary Jemison is 65' with a 19' beam, powered by a 671 Detroit diesel. 2 Gensets. We have all registration documents, obtained from the National Archives, showing her complete history. Originally the buy boat Virginia Estelle, she was also used as a tour boat in Atlantic City, Greenport, Long Island, Syracuse, NY, and Rochester, NY.New transom 2008. The boat will need restoration, but this is a one of a kind opportunity own a piece of history.
