This is our converted floating static caravan, it is registered as a motor cruiser as you can fit an outboard motor if required, we have cladded the outside with reed screen and it looks fantastic as you can see in the pictures, we have done this to make it blend into its enviroment. It has two bedrooms one is a double, and the other has two single beds. The lounge area is about ten foot square and very spacious with all soft furnishings being in good condition. The kitchen is fully functional with  gas cooker, water heater that is brand new and supplies hot water throughout. The shower room has a saniflow ( this is new) toilet that works well, nice sized shower that does the job great, good sized hand basin aswell. The Caravan has electric hookup and water connection. We have been staying on it for a while now and is an amazing experience, there is an electric fire in the lounge, also there is a pull out bed in the lounge  this is in need of fixing (not a big job ) the outside has a ten foot by four foot decked area where an outboard can be fitted if required, the overall size of the vessel is 26' X 10' plus 4ft decked area.
