Presented for sale by Clifton Cruisers, a 57 foot brand new build semi-trad narrowboat with customisation options available, ready to go at the beginning of August. Designed to be cruised across all of the UK's canal network at the standard length of 57 feet, the boat is also roomy enough to make for an excellent liveaboard or holiday boat, complete with everything that you need and finished to an exceedingly high standard.
The boat has a semi-trad stern design and the hull was constructed by Dave Reeves Boat Builders, with the standard 10-6-4 hull thickness and cabin construction. The interior is of the reverse layout style generally preferred by those living aboard and cruising regularly, with the kitchen towards the stern of the boat, followed by the saloon, the large wet room bathroom, and finally, the bedroom (with a fixed double bed) in the bow.The detailed specifications of the boat are as follows:
• 10-6-4 hull produced by Dave Reeves Boat Builders.
• Brand new Beta 43 diesel engine (keel cooled) with a generous 475l diesel tank.
• The boat is currently being professionally painted in a blue theme (pics to follow) and will be sign written to order with the name the buyer chooses, and in the buyer’s choice of colour and design.
• Hull blacked and anodes fitted.
• 1200w PSW Victron inverter. • Three leisure batteries, one starter battery.
• 480l water tank.
• Jabsco macerator pump-out toilet with 250l holding tank capacity.
• Eberspacher heating with well-situated radiators throughout the boat.
• Hot water provided via a Calorifier.
• Standard gas installation with a gas locker that holds 2x 13kg gas bottles with manual changeover valves.
• Spray foam insulation with tanalised battening throughout.
