This sailboat has been well taken care of over the years, but has not been in the water since 2008. Overall it is in good condition, but would require some TLC to get it seaworthy.Extensive original paperwork comes with this auction including the original owners manual with very detailed instructions on how to operate the boat.Danforth Compass Mounted on bulkhead, radio, Signet knotmeter and Signet APWI.The large sails (replaced in 2008) were recently sent through a dry cleaner and are in great shape with just a few very small holes.Aluminum mast and boom, all stainless standing rigging, Genoa gear, Topping lift, Spinnaker Gear, Mainsheet traveler, Internal Main & Genoa Halyards, Jiffy Reefing, Two snatch blocks, four sheets, anchor, Bilge pumps, Bimini Top, four life jackets, swim ladder, stern pulpit and much more....see photos.Sleeps four- cushions, porta potty, Galley has ice box, manual water system, sink with manual pump, tiller steering.There are a large amount of tools and accessories included as noted by the attached photos.The included 1978 Easy Loader trailer has had new wiring and a pair of new tires with less than 20 miles on them since installation.The wood and fiberglass retractable center board is broken as photos indicate and is a relatively easy and inexpensive item to replace.
